Returns

Our return policy is simple - if you are unhappy with the purchase or need to return it for any reason no problem! Just send us an email via the contact us page within 30 days of purchasing. You are free to use a carrier of your choice to return the blocks back to us, or we can email you a UPS pre-paid return label. The cost of the label will be deducted from the final refund. Blocks returned must be in new and sellable condition with none missing, otherwise an additional restocking fee of to 25% may apply.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange your set for another, please send us an email via the contact us page. The customer is responsible for return shipping to us, and the new set will be shipped out to you free of charge.
