Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping times displayed at checkout are separate from processing time, and the two should be added together for your expected delivery window.

During busy seasons around the holidays processing times and shipping times may be higher. Any delay by the carrier is out of our control, but we will do our best to get items shipped on time and communicate any issues.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We are happy to offer FREE ground shipping to US within the lower 48 states. Shipping times are 2-5 days depending on your location. Shipping to HI and AK may be extra. Please contact us if you have any questions shipping to these states.

International Shipping

At this time we do not offer international shipping options. However, there are services that offer to ship internationally for customers. They will usually give you a US address to ship to and consolidate shipments to ship to your country. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customercare@plushblocks.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Shipping to PO boxes is allowed, but we prefer street addresses if possible. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order. We do not pay for return shipping, and customers can choose a carrier of their choice to ship the item back to us. A UPS return label can be given to you, however the return label cost will be deducted from the refund.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@plushblock.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
